• All glass is 10 mm tempered (toughened) safety glass (EN 12150), clear float with polished edges.• Item 1 — Sliding window 2.38 × 2.50 m: horizontally sliding leaves on a black aluminium track.
• Item 2 — Fixed glazing 3.16 × 2.41 m: fixed lites in a slim black aluminium frame (no operation).
• Item 3 — Bi-Folding (accordion) doors 3.16 × 2.41 m: bottom-rolling sliding-folding leaves that concertina & stack to the side (bi-parting).
• Hardware: black anodised aluminium frames, tracks, hinges & handles; installed against the existing steel columns & H = 0.80 m handrail.
