Notes & Terms

• All glass is 10 mm tempered (toughened) safety glass, black anodised aluminium frames, tracks & hardware.
• The bi-folding doors are a bottom-rolling sliding-folding (accordion) system — leaves fold flat against one another and stack to the side (bi-parting).
• Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include the glass to the specification stated above.
• Payment terms: 70% advance on contract, 30% on installation.
• Delivery & installation: within 15 days from the date of the advance payment.
• Dimensions are approximate and to be re-measured on site before fabrication and execution.
• This quotation is valid for 15 days from its date.

• Item 3 — Bi-Folding (accordion) doors 3.16 × 2.41 m: bottom-rolling sliding-folding leaves that concertina & stack to the side (bi-parting) — clears the opening fully.
